We work on built-in and integrated Sub-Zero units and nothing else: refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage. Most of them sit behind a custom panel, so a fault can begin at the door rather than in the cooling.

That sets the order of every visit. Seal, hinge and panel are measured first, then temperatures and airflow. The cheap causes are ruled out before the expensive ones, and panels go back at the reveal they had.

Do you repair the door and the panel, or only the cooling?

Who deals with the custom panel if it has to come off?

We lift panels off their mounting brackets, keep them protected, and hang them back where they were, adjusted to the reveal they had. Making a new panel or refinishing an old one is cabinetmaker’s work; we tell you what the unit needs from the panel so that work fits.

Is an older integrated unit worth repairing?
