Independent, Bellevue-based, and deliberately narrow: built-in and integrated refrigeration, nothing else.
We work on Sub-Zero units built into the kitchen: refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and wine storage. Most of them wear a custom panel and sit flush in the cabinetry, and that decides where a visit starts.
A door that does not seal lets warm air in all day. A panel heavier than its hinge was built for drops at the handle side and lifts the seal. Either one makes the cooling look faulty. So we measure the door first, then the temperatures, then the parts behind the grille, in that order.
That order keeps the cheap causes ahead of the expensive ones. The price for a repair is given before any panel comes off, and when a repair is not worth doing we say so.
We are independent. We are not an authorized Sub-Zero service centre and do not present ourselves as one. The business has worked in Bellevue since 2019, across every sector of the city.

Measure, explain, prove

Measure
The tag read, the door closed on a paper strip, the reveals and hinge looked at, then both compartments logged and the airflow and defrost circuit tested. A door fault found here saves a cooling part nobody needed.

Explain
We name the fault, say why it happened on this unit, and give one price for parts and labour. When a repair no longer makes sense for the machine, we say that instead and show the reasoning.

Prove
The strip test is run again after any door work and the temperatures are read before we go. Panels are hung back at the reveal they had, and the floor is covered while we work.
Every visit starts with the $89 service call, which pays for the trip and a complete diagnosis; once you approve the repair, the full $89 is subtracted from its price. Each repair page prints the range a finished job falls in; your own figure is agreed before the work.

EPA 608 for refrigerant work
Anything that opens the sealed system is done under EPA Section 608 certification, with recovery equipment and gauges on the job.

Built-in refrigeration only
Sub-Zero units built into the kitchen are the whole of the work. No ranges, no laundry, no dishwashers.

A price before a panel moves
A written figure for parts and labour before any panel comes off, and no part ordered until you have agreed to it.

Panels handled as furniture
Floors covered, panels lifted off by hand, and every door hung back at the reveal it had when we arrived.
The business holds a licence, a bond and insurance. Any customer who asks is given the licence number.
