Reading the door in a tight opening

Towers rarely give a column much room either side. That matters, because a panel too close to a return wall stops the door short, and a door that cannot swing fully makes the baskets and the lower shelves awkward to reach. We read the swing, the reveals and the drag on the seal before anything is unscrewed.
